Our community follows the beautiful, winding flow of the Saint John River—a waterway so central to our life that you will often hear locals refer to traveling "upriver" or "downriver" as they navigate the valley toward the Atlantic Ocean.
Shamrock Suites: A Heritage Landmark Located in the center of Bristol on Curtis Hill Road, Shamrock Suites overlooks both the town and the river. Known locally as the "Marich House," this designated Heritage Property has long been a symbol of the entrepreneurial spirit of our community. To celebrate the home's 125th anniversary in 2020, the Marich Pole was commissioned; it now stands proudly in nearby Riverside Park as a tribute to our shared history.
Shamrock Train Suites & Shogomoc Station For a truly unique stay, our Shamrock Train Suites are located at Shogomoc Station, running parallel to the Trans Canada Trail. This historic site features a restored 1914 Canadian Pacific Railway Station, three authentic CPR passenger cars, and over 600 meters of track.
